Bus/Coach Services

Road transport in Bangladesh is predominantly a private sector affairs. Rates are among the cheapest in the world. Express and non-stop services are available to principle towns from Gabtoli, Saidabad and Mohakhali bus terminals in Dhaka. River

Private taxi service is available in some major cities. Make sure that the driver has a clear idea of your destination. Most drivers understand English. It is possible to agree on the rate before commencing the journey if the taxi is a non-metered one.
